This plan is suited for medium and small-sized organizations who wish to set up pension benefits for their employees but are not big enough to have a standalone pension scheme or do not wish to set up a pension scheme.

The employer chooses rate of contribution, and the contributions are invested in a basket of investments as per Retirement Benefit Authority (RBA) regulations to ensure that employees retirement objectives are met.
