He is the Group Managing Director of Copy Cat Ltd, where he provides strategic oversight. He is also the Board Chair at Mayfair Insurance Company. In addition to his corporate achievements, he has also been Chairman of the Cerebral Palsy Foundation.

Anjay Patel

He possesses a wealth of experience with comprehensive understanding of legal practice in Kenya and the region and is a registered member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK). Bernard is the Managing Partner of Mbai Waweru Associates. Bernard has made significant contributions to the legal landscape as a valued member of the law study committee at the criminal investigation department with his contributions playing a pivotal role in shaping and amending various acts and bills in Kenya.

Andrea holds directorship and trusteeship in various companies where have valuable contribution has led to growth and outstanding performance.

Darshan is the Group CEO & a Shareholder of Chandaria Group. One of the region's leading manufacturer and distributor of consumer goods. Darshan has extensive experience in business leadership and has won many accolades including Young Business Leader of the Year 2016 in the ALL-AFRICA Business Leaders Awards by CNBC & Forbes Africa, recipient of GEC Excellence Award in 2016 for putting Chandaria Industries on the global map of success and competitiveness, nominated for Young CEO of the Year for 3 consecutive years 2017, 2018 & 2019 at the Africa CEO Forum Awards in Geneva among many other awards. Darshan holds an undergraduate Business Management degree from Cardiff University in the UK and is a fellow of the Senior Executive Program from Harvard Business School.
